The SMILE project – Support Young Migrants Integration in the Labour Market in Europe – is giving hope to thousands of young people aged 18–30 across Europe. Co-funded by Erasmus+, SMILE addresses key challenges young migrants face when trying to enter the workforce: language barriers, limited networks, and lack of recognized qualifications.

With seven partners from Türkiye, Germany, Italy, Greece, and the Netherlands, the project offers soft skills training, mentoring, and employer engagement to build a more inclusive European labour market. SMILE doesn’t just help young migrants find jobs — it helps them build meaningful careers and a sense of belonging.
