Research and Soft Skills Curriculum Design

WP2 forms the thematic foundation of the SMILE project. It begins with a detailed needs assessment of young migrants and continues with the design of a modular soft skills curriculum and accompanying training materials.

Conducting surveys and interviews with young migrants and youth workers
Mapping barriers to employment and gaps in soft skill provision
Co-creating a multilingual, adaptable soft skills curriculum
Developing a set of digital training tools in user-friendly formats
